As with veneers, it is also essential to pay close attention to the later shape, structure, surface of the neighbouring teeth, incidence of light, colour and the overall appearance, especially in the case of a single crown in the visible area.
All-ceramic crown – usage in the practice
Example of an old, unsightly crown
The following is a special situation.
An unsightly crown can be seen in the picture on the left with a gap next to the front tooth. The tooth appears much too small. Unmanly. But it is also because the natural number 2 tooth on the other side is missing and the prominent canine protrudes.
In order to restore harmony, the artificial crown must be designed like a canine tooth.

Example for old crowns with exposed necks of teeth
This is a situation that many people are familiar with:
4 old crowns
Lifeless looking
Tooth necks are visibly exposed
Teeth appear longer and longer
Lip seems collapsed
The middle of the teeth does not match up with the middle of the upper lip.
The new crowns have corrected these issues and the upper lip with the new crowns appears naturally fuller again.
When choosing the location of our practice, we made sure that it was within easy reach. It is very close to parking facilities and public transport stops.
